CHECKMAT P.C. (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides the Checkmat: 3D Chess Adventure game (“game”) available on Google Play and App Store. These Terms of Use govern your use of the game. By using the game, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the game.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The game is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 13 may only use the game with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Users aged 13 to 18 may play only with parental or guardian approval.

4. In-App Purchases and Payment
4.1. The game offers in-app purchases processed by Google Play or App Store, subject to their terms.
4.2. All purchases are final, with refunds available only as per Google Play or App Store policies.
4.3. Virtual goods and in-game currency are non-exchangeable and non-refundable after purchase unless stated otherwise by the platform.
4.4. CHECKMAT P.C. reserves the right to change virtual goods and currency pricing without notice.
5. User-Generated Content
