CHECKMAT P.C. (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides the Checkmat: 3D Chess Adventure game (“game”) available on Google Play and App Store. These Terms of Use govern your use of the game. By using the game, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the game.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The game is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 13 may only use the game with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Users aged 13 to 18 may play only with parental or guardian approval.
1.2. The game is for personal, non-commercial use only. Any commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.
1.3. Users must comply with applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations when using the game.
2. Registration and Account
2.1. Certain game features require account registration. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
2.2. Users are responsible for their account security, including login credentials. CHECKMAT P.C. is not liable for losses due to unauthorized access.
2.3. Users must report unauthorized access or security breaches immediately.
2.4. CHECKMAT P.C. reserves the right to block or delete accounts violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.
2.5. If an account is deleted, whether by request or due to violation, in-game progress and purchases may be lost without recovery.
3. Use of the Game
3.1. Users agree to:
- Not violate laws or third-party rights.
- Not distribute malware, spam, or engage in fraud.
- Not attempt unauthorized access to game servers or databases.
- Not use bots or external programs for unfair advantage.
- Not exploit or manipulate game mechanics.
3.2. CHECKMAT P.C. may suspend or terminate access if user behavior violates these Terms or harms other users or game security.
3.3. Users must not interfere with game operation, compromise servers, or exploit bugs.
4. Price and payments
The price of the subscription is based on Your location and currency and may vary from region to region. In any event, the precise price of the chosen subscription is displayed at the time of the purchase. Please be informed that all monthly or yearly paid subscriptions will be automatically renewed and charged every month or year. Additionally, we might introduce a free time-based trial period for some subscriptions, which will be indicated in any in-App promotions or splash screens.
To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable, and We do not provide refunds for any unused features of the paid subscription. If You cancel a purchased subscription, You will not receive a refund for the current billing period but will continue to receive Your subscription content for the remainder of the current billing period, regardless of the cancellation date. Your cancellation goes into effect after the current billing period has passed.

5. User-Generated Content
5.1. Users may create and share content (e.g., chats, player profiles). They are responsible for their content.
5.2. Users must not post illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or infringing content.
5.3. CHECKMAT P.C. may remove content violating these Terms without notice.
5.4. By posting content, users grant CHECKMAT P.C. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and distribute such content.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All game content, including software, graphics, and audio, belongs to CHECKMAT P.C. or its licensors. Users do not receive ownership rights.
6.2. Users must not copy, modify, distribute, decompile, or sell game materials without CHECKMAT P.C.’s consent.
6.3. Violations of intellectual property rights may result in legal action and account termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The game is provided “as is” without warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
7.2. CHECKMAT P.C. is not liable for damages, data loss, or issues caused by technical failures, outages, or security breaches.
7.3. CHECKMAT P.C. does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free game operation.
8. Access Limitation and Termination
8.1. CHECKMAT P.C. may suspend or terminate user access without notice for violations of these Terms or platform rules.
8.2. Upon termination, users lose access to content, in-game items, and currency.
9. Privacy
