All purchases in Checkmat are processed through Google Play and App Store. Refund requests must be handled according to the policies of the respective platforms.

  • In most cases, Google may provide refunds within 48 hours of purchase.

1.2. App Store

  • Refunds in the App Store are only granted in limited cases at Apple’s discretion.
  • Requests must be made directly through your Apple account.

2. Conditions for Refunds

CHECKMAT P.C. does not process refunds directly. Users must submit refund requests via Google Play or App Store, depending on where the purchase was made.

2.1. Grounds for Refunds

  • If a purchase was accidental or you encountered a technical issue with the purchase, please contact Google Play or App Store for assistance.
  • Refunds are not provided for used in-game items or currency unless permitted by Google Play or App Store policies.

3. In-Game Purchases

  • All in-game purchases, such as virtual currency, upgrades, and other items, are final and non-refundable, except as outlined in Google Play or App Store refund policies.

4. Exchange and Adjustment of Purchases

  • CHECKMAT P.C. does not allow exchanges, adjustments, or modifications of in-game transactions.
  • Please verify all purchase details before completing a transaction.
