This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and CHECKMAT P.C. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) that governs the use of the game Checkmat: 3D Chess Adventure (“Game”).

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE GAME, YOU CONFIRM YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE GAME.

1.License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the game Checkmat: 3D Chess Adventure for personal, non-commercial use on a compatible device in accordance with this Agreement.

2.Restrictions

You agree to:

Not copy, modify, or distribute the game or any of its components.
Not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the game.
Not use the game for illegal purposes.
Not circumvent any technical restrictions of the game.

3.In-App Purchases

The game may contain in-app purchases. Purchases are governed by the policies of Google Play and App Store. Details regarding refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

4.Data Collection

5.Termination of Use
