Submit Account Deletion Request Processing Timeframes Request confirmation: within 72 hours Account deactivation: up to 7 days Full deletion of personal data from active systems: up to 30 days Deletion from backups: up to 30 days after primary deletion What Data Will Be Deleted Account profile (nickname, avatar, linked email/phone) Game progress, ratings (ELO), match statistics, friends/clans (if applicable) Saves/cloud data, in-game settings Support ticket history linked to the account What Data May Be Retained and For How Long Payment records and receipts (Google Play transactions) — retained by payment providers and us for accounting/audit purposes for up to 5 years, as required by law. We cannot delete records from Google or external providers. Technical and anti-fraud logs (IP, device ID, security events) — up to 12 months. Backups — up to 30 days after primary deletion, then overwritten. Aggregated/anonymized statistics (without identifiers) — may be stored indefinitely for analytics purposes.
